Eish! The thorn in all our sides is back with a vengeance…Load shedding…

This annoying “thorn” can cause major supply disruptions and have a significant impact on productivity within any business.

The negative impacts of load shedding on us as a manufacturer can be extensive. It can derail an entire assembly-line production flow and consequently impact customer satisfaction if deadlines aren’t met.

However just like an athlete works around bad weather during a match, we at CTC are resilient and push through this unpleasant obstacle.

You wouldn’t cancel a game or race due bad weather would you?

Of course not…the show must go on!

Planning ahead and good time management is the key. At CTC we don’t cry over spilt milk, similarly you should take adversity as an opportunity to show off your resilience.

Wearing the right clothes should be your preferred action before all practice sessions and a game, it’s imperative.

The smarter choice for cold or hot training days is to wear breathable and functional clothing. Keep pushing and don’t let load shedding stop you from being the best you can be.

Always remember the greater the obstacle the greater the reward in overcoming it.
