2022 has proved that Competition is rife even with a solid business growth plan. So how do you stand out?

A quote from Forbes magazine reads…It’s not sweat or revenue that makes companies tick; it’s Trust!

Establishing rectitude with customers is imperative for any business big or small; the core of a company is the ability to gain trust, this allows loyal supporters to promote your business. Never under estimate the power of ‘Word Of Mouth’ marketing.

 Although it may seem obvious, there are 3 pillars I believe are vital…Consistency, Competency and Keeping your word.  This relates to the Business, the clients and staff within a company.

It’s the little things, done consistently, that make the biggest difference. 

At CTC we know that you need to be a cut above the rest in order to maintain a positive reputation. People trust you when they know you have competent staff are an expert in your field.  The quality of our products cheekily speaks for themselves.

The pillar that is on top of my list is ‘keeping your word’ which in today’s environment is not always easy because “life happens” (by life, I mean load shedding lol). That said being a reliable business is monumental for clients and staff alike.

Staff at CTC trust the owner of the company will get them home safely when putting in extra hours due to bulk or last min deadlines. 

He even drives himself in most cases.  When asked why he did this when he could easily pay someone to drive, their answered their family’s trust me to get my ‘guys’ home safely and I want to be true to my word.

If you can show that you care about your employees on a personal level, they’ll be much more likely to and be honest and trust your judgment when it counts. Without a sense of trust, you cannot have a true team. 

Create an infectious atmosphere. Make yourself into a reliable and trustworthy figure and watch as your business and productivity soars.
